What is Operations?
Operation's function includes activities that help each of the NEXT STEP process teams accomplish its purpose. Operations ensure the next step teams are adhering to their stated goals and objectives in the most efficient ways possible.
Why do we need Operations?
Operation's function is necessary to continually make our church function more effectively.
How does Operations support the NEXT STEPS process?
It helps to produce reports, measurements, and proper training/development to further assist in making sure our discipleship process happens. It also helps communicate information about all aspects of the next steps process to members and non-members.
